How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Exclusivelysusan Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Exclusivelysusan Restoration went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider. Put your concerns in writing and keep a copy.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Know the limits, though. Exclusivelysusan Restoration cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@exclusivelysusan.world. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you want us to do about it
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include asking the provider about it. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
Reply and ask us to look again. You can also go to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
